Sienna is a small Pekingese (about 11.5 pounds), who was found wandering. No one claimed her, so we were able to take her into rescue. She is a very sweet dog and because of her size she cannot be adopted to a family with young children.
Sienna is timid and is a little hesitant when she is introduced to something new. As time goes by, her tail goes up and wags more often. She loves treats and seems to understand that she is supposed to go potty outside. So far she has not had any accidents in the house. This girl has latched on to her foster mom and makes sure she is always close to her just in case there might be a belly rub coming her way. Sienna had to have several rotten teeth removed. She is hypothyroid and needs daily medication. This medication is very inexpensive.
Sienna appears to be uninterested in the resident cats and gets along very well with the two resident dogs.
Sienna is about 8 years of age. She is heartworm negative, has been spayed, and is up to date on vaccines. She eats very well.
We are looking for a very special family for this little girl. She is very sweet and will be a wonderful addition to a family who is lucky enough to adopt her. Her adoption fee is $225.00
