Rescuing Pekingese in Need for Over 20 Years

Anna

Anna came to us from a Maryland shelter-- she had a jaw and eye injury (that were old) and needed a home that could help her. We volunteered and are so glad we did!    She can eat fine, even though she is missing her lower front jaw.She is blind in her right eye, but that doesn't get in her way at all.   

Anna is  doing SO well and is such a sweetheart! She loves to be held, is house trained, eats great. She does very well with other dogs, and has been playing and running around with them.She's on the S.O. diet for now because of crystals in her urine.  Two of her foster mom's own dogs are on that for bladder issues (common in Pekes). Anna is a loving little girl, so loyal and happy.  We can't believe the difference in her in a few days. She is happy and follows her foster mom  all over. She had  surgery  for her hernia, spay, and a dental (and removed three teeth that needed to come out). The vet thinks she's only 4-5 years old.She is such a great little girl! Her adoption fee is $300.00. 

    

We adopt in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and some parts of NC. We require a home and vet check. Anna's adoption fee is $300.00. Sponsor Me!
